Purpose of the USBA Platform

The USBA platform provides:

• lineage-based identity clarity
• structural analysis (SSDH, ISDH, RIM, 16 Pillars)
• restoration-aligned tools
• ecosystem-wide resources
• protected engagement pathways

The USBA platform does not provide:

• emergency services
• medical, legal, or financial advice
• entertainment content
• personal therapy
• political endorsements

Audience & Eligibility

This platform is designed for:

• Foundational Black Americans (FBAs)
• aligned institutions and partners
• public health practitioners
• researchers and civic leaders
• funders and restoration-focused organizations
• media seeking structural clarity

The platform is not intended for:

• political campaigns or lobbying
• debate-seeking engagement
• cultural extraction or content harvesting
• non-FBAs attempting to position themselves as representatives
• hostile, adversarial, or disruptive inquiries

USBA reserves the right to restrict or deny access at its discretion.

Lineage Protection & Usage Boundaries

You agree not to:

• misclassify FBAs using broad racial or pan-ethnic labels
• distort, dilute, or reframe FBA lineage
• extract content, frameworks, or intellectual property
• conduct research mining without written permission
• use USBA language or identity terms for branding or influence
• train AI systems on any USBA materials
• repost USBA content for entertainment or adversarial purposes
• repurpose frameworks for external agendas or institutional use

All USBA frameworks—including Identity Language, SSDH and ISDH interpretation, RIM, Zones, Pillars, and narrative standards—are protected intellectual property and cannot be duplicated or adapted without permission.

Acceptable Use

By accessing this website, you agree to:

• communicate respectfully and without hostility
• follow lineage-specific terminology
• use ecosystem tools as presented
• avoid misrepresentation or distortion
• refrain from adversarial dialogue or emotional escalation
• honor anti-extraction boundaries
• respect all structural protections

You may not:

• upload harmful, misleading, or abusive content
• spam or interfere with platform function
• impersonate USBA representatives
• post false statements about USBA or its frameworks

Strict Prohibitions

You explicitly agree not to:

• promote products or commercial entities

Any claim of affiliation or endorsement without written approval is false.
