USBA Constitution

The USBA Constitution is the foundational document of the United States of Black America. It defines who we are as a lineage, how the ecosystem is structured, and what is required to move as a nation within a nation.

The Constitution establishes:

  • lineage and identity clarity for Foundational Black Americans
  • national structure for self-governance and continuity
  • rights and protections rooted in historical and present-day exposure
  • standards and expectations for aligned conduct through our covenant
  • systems for restoration, including cultural, economic, and structural repair

It is organized into Articles that outline the full USBA ecosystem, including:

  • national identity and lineage definitions
  • symbols and rights
  • governance and organizational structure
  • SSDH and restoration models
  • cultural protections and community standards

The Constitution exists to provide stability, clarity, and long-term direction. It is not symbolic, it is structural. It explains what must be protected, restored, and built for FBA sovereignty.

This overview offers a starting point. The complete USBA Constitution expands each element in full detail.
